The Book of Quotes

I've finally been able to finish the first volume of The Book of Quotes. Of course, volume 2 is in the works and will be for a while. This book consists of about 70 quotes, each on a customized 4x8 inch tag. I started these probably 10 years ago (and always as a background project without any rush to complete them) so, yes, I'm glad to see this volume complete. I hope you enjoy them. Here's the link:

An Easy FlipTag Project

Last year, I watched a YouTube Video from Artymaze and saw her create this cute  flip tag.  I was swamped with other obligations but knew I wanted to try it.  Three double tags are hinged together and create a single unit. It was fun to make and decorate.  Artymaze is quite inspirational.

This is the completed, closed tag with the belly band in place.

This is showing the first flip out tag opened.

This image shows both flip out tags opened.

This image is of the back side of the opened tags.

Awesome Assemblage Little Layer Tags

"Awesome Assemblage Little Layer Tags" a digital kit by Tracey Fox are the basis for these cute little tags.  I added some of my own things - brads, some paper, eyelets, ribbons, lace, etc. to personalize them.  Her kits are top notch!  There is a ton of material left for more tags.  I'm looking forward to more adventures with this kit.

A few Tags

I've joined a Facebook Junk Journal Makers group, and as part of the process, each new member is assigned several tasks during the "boot camp" phase.  These tags were made on top of a template provided by the group.  I ended up covering most of the provided images with ones of my own.  Here are the results:
